- Planning and executing experiences from Décor to Urban Plans, with the dominance of particular sectors of intervention, due to a specific elective vocation.
-Small apartments, organized in residential complexes, for second home at the seaside, the mountains, countryside, interior design, furnishing, receptive and tourist structures in general.
- Agro-economic planning, linked to the suburban urbanization of specific urban plans, developed thanks to the regional laws on the matter: L.R. n° 10/79 (Plans of Enterprises Utilization).
These experiences have been characterized by the number and/or their dimension.
- Consulting for appraisal/estimate, also due to direct development of projects, often linked to the solution of normative and legal situation, and, in harmony with the experience of agricultural planning, referred to agricultural territories or, however, suburban areas.
